Thanks.
(Hope this doesn't get deleted for "discussion/subjective"). So my problem: I want to make an iPhone-App which displays the time-table of our school. Because the iPhone is so tiny I just want to display the class the student is in.
So I set up the data and made an XML with the time-table of a cl...
I'd like some recommendations (top 3, for eval purposes) on serious packetshaper appliances. We've begun by looking at the BlueCoat PacketShaper 7500. We've got a 44mbit DS3 and will probably be adding another 100mbit worth of bandwidth in the next couple years. AFter the ISP router, we're all co...

I have the opportunity to take an internship position helping maintain a Unix cluster. I've not done a lot with clusters before, and I'd like some recommendations for good introductory material to the topic. (The other intern is going to be bringing me up to speed but I'd like to look sort of pre...

@Aaron: With these old questions that really need bombing, I'm not sure that just raising them here will be enough to close them (are 5 people going to see them before they scroll out of the buffer?). I'm wondering if they should be mod-flagged as well, to get a definitive kill-shot.
I haven't kept up with those posted today - too busy with emergencies to catch up. I'll scroll through after I get home this evening and lay some serious voting down
@Aaron From memory, close votes expire after a month. I'm confident what you're finding would gain 5 close votes quickly enough if it was a new question, but with the sheer volume of questions you're finding, I'm not sure they'll gain the "attention" they deserve. I'm not a mod, though; perhaps they won't appreciate the dump, but if I were a mod, a big list of crap to kill would be heaven.
Also, if you flag 'em all and they get closed, your flag weight goes through the roof and you get the silver badge of awesome.
@Iain Again, you've already got the badge... I'd be worried if you could exchange flag weight for bling in the SE store, but as it stands, it's less even interesting than rep.
