The problem will be in the fact that you are using real parts and will need to make adjustments, by hand, knowing what and why. If I had it here and was working on it, I would know what to look for and change. And there's the problem with building things where you don't entirely understand the details, I guess.
I do not know if I could get it down to 0.5%. But I'm pretty sure I could get it down to 1%, from past experiences. Mostly, I was hoping you could work out the issues on your own. For example, you need to know how to adjust values to get the midpoint voltage correct and to get the right quiescent current in the emitter degeneration resistors.
