I saw it when you posted it. As a community mod, not much more I can do. I did check to see if the user in question had other accounts at his known IP, but that's a negative. Presumably an employee mod might be able to look into it further, but for now I'm putting it down to the SE cheat detection software working as designed.

Hmm. Most of his rep activity looks legit, but there was a weird spurt 10 hours ago. I see what you are saying.

In the long run, that kinda crap tends to get caught and removed though. If they delete that user, all that rep goes bye-bye.

I've lots rep on questions that hadn't been upvoted in years when an account was deleted.

I thought that requires CM intervention anyway if the automated tools weren't picking it up.

It could be that I have tools I don't know about, but AFAIK I can't tell what accounts are doing the upvoting. Perhaps there's a roundabout way...

Weird. I'm pretty sure those are indeed different users. Writing style is totally different, and IPs are on different continents.

I guess rules-wise it doesn't really matter why the account is doing it though.
