I don't understand the reasoning around closing this question. It's not company specific. It's hard, but not impossible. It seems exactly the thing this site should be good at. The poster already got valuable feedback that it's a genuinely difficult problem and that 10x engineers are a real thing.
Would be useful to understand what the reasoning is from the luminaries who shut it down
The goal is "repair organisational damage when a valuable expert employee was screwed over". That's hard, not "no goal"
