I chose a similar approach - trying to get the name of the files on the disk to translate the ticks into a time to. But finding the file names sucks
yours is way better :)

Of course! Mine is fairly untested. I think the approach should work OK with the special casing for time parts that would be above 23:59:59.999999
Works on my machine (so far) anyway! :-)
