@user4951 As far as I understand the logic goes something like this: 1) There are genetic differences between groups of people. 2) IQ has genetic component 3) IQ has impact on earnings. Hence some groups of people tend to, on average, earn less than other groups. This is directly contradicting equity. Or so I understand the controversy. I might be wrong about this.
