There is a boy which is at least 3 years younger than me used to play with me in the team, but he was a tott illiterate means each word he spoke there is a abusive word in between so I stopped playing with him, and even my friends stopped playing with him, boy is almost 5ft and I am 6.3ft

5 foot seems too small to be good at basketball.

And I and him ,have not talk after that day for a month, at least yesterday I was gone to running in the stadium and waiting for other of my friends to come

Suddenly that guy comes near me and started abusing me

"He said: you feel your so tall, haan, you can get to national team haan, I ignored

Him and thrown his ball towards me

And I just shook that of in the left side

And then he got agree sive and start holding my collar and pushing me abusing for no reason

A guy suddenly and behave like a bully how correct it is? Then I called my dad and even he have not helped me, and said come back home

It's upsetting but it's not your fault.

I feel so insulting after that incident that I could not sleep whole night, I felt instead of calling dad I should have hit him on the face

The right thing to do is just to walk away.

If you'd hit him it would b the big guy hitting the little guy, and you would have felt even worse. Just walking away is exactly the right thing to do.

Look at it this way - if a little child has a tantrum and starts shouting at you then you're going to think well it's just a child and you wouldn't take any notice.

And this guy is behaving like he's a little child.

His behavior put him the group of bullies and no good guy play with them

I don't know of anything that will stop sweating in the palms. Normal antiperspirants won't work there.

Actually sir when I get nervous due to past robbery incident ,I started sweating in the palm

And some time u feel very uncomfortable table about it, and excess humidity make thing worse

Unfortunately I don't think there is any way to stop that sweating except by dealing with the stress.
