@belkarx sure, assuming the kid knows how to code at least a little so he can have a shot at fixing gpt's errors.
writing spyware isn't the hard part anyways
successfully installing it on the target's device and evading detection is where I would expect one would need some technical skills
now that I think of it though, they might have trouble exfiltrating the data captured from a device since they presumably don't know how to set up a server or something to collect it
