@belkarx How is the spam score from Riseup? The email service I use has such a high spam score that it's blocked entirely by Gmail. It doesn't even go to spam, it's just silently discarded without even bouncing!
disclaimer: I got mine through a free code on a forum, I think my account isn't compromised because of that but I'm not sure (to be honest, details are fuzzy on how their whole signup flow worked)
Well as long as you changed the password, it's probably not compromised, but it'd be a shame if Riseup closed off that account and all accounts it invited.
So strictly speaking, your account could be terminated under their current ToS, but it doesn't say anything about accounts invited by such accounts, as long as you aren't trading or giving away invites to people you don't know.

So it looks like the invites only connect the account for a limited period of time.
@JourneymanGeek I think what it's saying is that account A that invites account B will have the connection to B stored for a short time, after which A and B will be considered unrelated.
The idea is that A will get in trouble if B goes and starts abusing the system, but if B is good for long enough, then for privacy reasons, the logs showing that B was invited by A are destroyed.
