RE can be done with github.com/IAIK/drama or github.com/vusec/trrespass/tree/master/drama.
By the way, anonymous manufacturer C is Micron (the other two are SK Hynix and Samsung). Micron DDR4 modules apparently uses probabilistic defenses, which makes it harder to fuzz, according to github.com/comsec-group/blacksmith/issues/13.
