@A.Hersean tbh moderation here is actually a lot gentler than the official rules. Quite a lot of the time - moderation is asking nicely before things get bad. Sometimes it works, sometimes it gets ignored
While the Monica issue wasn't resolved - and probably never will be, there's a lot of work done to fix systematic issues with the company and in general mods try to work with folks to sort things out.

I can now be found at @[email protected]. Was never a big twitter poster though - I think most of its use comes from being able to peek into the datastream (news, conferences, groups) of various subcommunities
