I've never strongly considered drones as an attack vector because I thought that the FCC/FAA place strict requirements on operation
I assumed that if you were operating a drone, you probably had your name in several official documents
I wonder how the attackers in that case got around that

@FireQuacker You can buy light drones without a licence
the matrice ... don't think so

@FireQuacker attackers don't always follows the regulations...

If memory serves, a while ago I remember hearing something about windows would gather network packets and then send them all at once for some reason
for the life of me I cant figure out the name of it such that I can google for more info though
does anyone know wtf im talking about ... or am I high?

@ThoriumBR Waaaat? What is this world coming to if you can't trust a criminal anymore?
@CaffeineAddiction pretty sure it's the second one, I never heard Windows gathered packets and then essentially DoS'ed a network by blasting them at once
and i've been at this for a while :p
I remember it coming up once when troubleshooting gaming ... windows would gather a bunch of small packets and then send them all out at once
but I cant remember why or what it was called
yeah i would say that that's not the solution, if only because disabling a bunch of those will break things
In computer networking, jumbo frames are Ethernet frames with more than 1500 bytes of payload, the limit set by the IEEE 802.3 standard. Commonly, jumbo frames can carry up to 9000 bytes of payload, but smaller and larger variations exist and some care must be taken using the term. Many Gigabit Ethernet switches and Gigabit Ethernet network interface controllers and some Fast Ethernet switches and Fast Ethernet network interface cards can support jumbo frames. == Inception == Each Ethernet frame must be processed as it passes through the network. Processing the contents of a single large frame...
