hi all, password & confirm password validation in php- mysql project - is it better to do through php or through javascript ?

@profile101 Asking the user to confirm the password is just to stop typos, and is not a protection against any kind of attack. So it is safe to just do it client side if you want to. But you can do it both on the client and the server if you want to. Just doing it at the server will require a page reload to get the feedback, and that is a bit slow.

This guy seems to seel Valoris products and blog article in each of its answer, without disclosing his affiliation of Marketing exec. I've already flagged this linked answer as spam, not sure what to do with the other older ones.

After a few exchanges with the OP, he added the disclosure information to his post, I retracted the spam flag.
