and my email address are virtually everywhere because where my apps are on a few market places

I don't really know what to advise, but you need to have a safe email account otherwise any other account can be compromised by "reset my password" links.

@Telkitty It's OK for them to be known, they're not secret. The point is having the contents reasonably safe.

You should be able to change emails with most accounts, though, usually by adding a secondary email then setting your primary to the new email as a second step.

@kalina I have tested this a few times. It only takes me about 4-5 fast spins on the chair to be severely dizzy immediately, with mild dizziness lasting at least an hour.
