Q: Clean up of run-together/hyphenated and singular/plural tags

GillesThe Stack Exchange user interface now prevents creating tags that differ only in hyphenation or pluralization. This hasn't always been so, however, and there are currently many such tag pairs, like log-files and logfiles, or author and authors, or mobiledevice and mobile-devices. Let's clean up!...

@TildalWave @Ohnana said to mark the calendar, I thought it was something good. I even started making popcorn.

I'll have some of that popcorn tho, please
@TildalWave Didn't say what?
@TildalWave It's in the mail!

@silverpenguin I was with you right up until the last few words there.

there must be an echo here :)
@TildalWave Yeah I said @Ohnana said to mark the calendar, not you.
and I confirmed :))
Sorry typos
Why would you treat everyone the same? That's even worse than generalizing
@Simon what do you think?
I'm a big fan.
@silverpenguin Yup still confused.
@TildalWave At least then you can't be accused of discrimination.
23:40
@DavidFreitag discrimination isn't a bad thing, you're probably thinking of racial / gender / sexual preference / ... discrimination
@Simon sorry about that being in the middle of a mix, but I couldn't find a better link
@TildalWave I treat pretty much everyone exactly the same. There are a few exceptions, but not really.
If someone could possibly get me to a state where I'm going to try to punch them, it doesn't matter what gender they are.
If person A says you must treat person B like person A but person A gets mad at everyone if they treat B differently for being different... basically i think being told to treat people the same is like telling people to be the same rather than telling people we are the same
@DavidFreitag treat the same != indiscriminate, I probably won't be asking a farmer for a medical opinion, but I also won't presume someone isn't a medical doctor just because I saw them driving a tractor
