@diagprov docker still has a curl|bash installer but you can just download the script and read it, it actually (on ubuntu) just installs a PGP key and does stuff properly with .deb packages

I need to encrypt some data and send it to cloud to be seen by a group. I don't know how to include the group characterization to let just group's members decrypt the data. Also, I want to know how can I manage keys if I use public key encryption. Any suggestions.
