@RoryAlsop choosing the panel (once you're on the left hand set of menus) is "Next panel Tab" and "Previous panel tab"

Choosing the left panel in the first place uses the "UI Focus" option under "Mode Switches" in the controls section

@RoryAlsop So I do "UI focus" then left to pick the left panel, then use "next panel tab" to get to comms then "UI panel down" to get to the station then select that and then you should get the request docking option
