@ScottPack WHAT ABOUT ME?
Imagine if I'd work in the States, we could live nearby omgawd.
@Simon Work VISAs. Yummo.
@ScottPack Not if he marries an american citizen
@ScottPack Yeah, sounds like a lot of wait time + paperwork to fill.
@DavidFreitag MY LADY DONUT IS NOT AMERICAN
@DavidFreitag Then you have to wait a year before you can file. Then they investigate you and your marriage to see if it's a legit marriage or not.

@LucasKauffman How well do the Java tools like profilers, debuggers etc work with alternative JVM languages?
@ScottPack I'm sure marrying a donut isn't a "legit marriage".

@TerryChia I'm not writing such complex stuff that I need a debugger
yet

@TerryChia I always debug with the traditional tools (a heavy dose of printf() or equivalent calls, and my brain). This works for all languages.
For an alternative JVM language, I expect syntax highlight to be quite off, but otherwise debuggers may work, since the format of debug information (local variable names, source line numbers...) in the bytecode is standardized.
Provided that the alternative language implementation takes care to fill that information, of course.

Reminder: hardware upgrades for the #stackexchange network (including #stackoverlfow) start in about 2.5 hours: http://stackstatus.net/post/99587389234/server-maintenance-saturday-oct-11th-2014

@TerryChia First it would have to be a recognized marriage. Second they try to determine if the purpose of the marriage was love or green card.

@ThomasPornin I do that as well. Java has some really nice profiling tools though, I was wondering how well they work with other languages (I'm learning Clojure now)

Q: Reccuring dialogue "That's what she said"?

AnkitIn the US version of TV show "The Office", many characters keep saying the tagline "That's what she said". There is even a t-shirt on the official store. I never actually understood this punchline as they say it in unrelated scenarios. What is the meaning of this punchline?

Q: What is "Pass the hash" attack?

UlkomaThe article on Wikipedia doesn't explain how the attacker can authenticate to the remote server using the hash instead of the original password. According to the following article the attack is still possible even with recent versions of MS Windows https://samsclass.info/lulz/pth-8.1.htm Also ...

Really tempted to down-vote for not using Google.
The very first result is an excellent paper from SANS, which, by the way, is referenced in at least one other pass-the-hash question here already.
@Xander Done.
@TerryChia And I left him a comment.

@JeffFerland your map seems to be missing over 93% of the world's total land surface area :P
@ScottPack And if it's both?

Is drinking at work against the rules if no one knows?
Whether or not someone knows you did something does not (generally) affect whether or not that thing violated some rule - but it does have an effect on your chances of being caught and punished for it.

@Gilles An AV is important. But not to protect your from malware. It's to protect you from people who'd call you negligent for not using one.
