You really need to hire someone to deal with your customers for you. Instead of "facepalm, let me dumb this down for you" it would be "hold on, let me transfer you to customer support"

i setup a juniper DTE secure access on my virtual environment.with internal ip
=>10.2.2.1
and external ip => 192.168.2.2
then i setup microsoft remoteapp on my windows server 2008 r2. (ip => 10.2.2.5)
internal NIC of Juniper and Windows2008 are in same Lan segment.

There are some pretty interesting flue designs but, let it suffice to say, that it's basically a straight pipe to the outside with a damper inside the hotbox.
So you open the damper when you're lighting a fire to let the smoke out, and then close it up when not in use to keep the heat from escaping.
If there's a draft then there's a gap. Either something is preventing it from closing or it just doesn't close well.
Makes sense. I don't think i have ever devoted any time to actively trying to figure out a fire place. I've only ever lived in two houses, both of which either don't have a real fire place or just didn't in the first place.
@TildalWave The flue is the air space that goes from the hotbox to the open air. The metal flap that closes it off is a damper. Often times people just say "shut or open the flue"
@ScottPack I was in one house that had it all bent (heat I guess) and there was loads of ash on the ledge around it too... so I think it'd be best to visually inspect it and see what's going on
I just had that thingy (metal flap) replaced then, but I was lucky I had an expert living next door for stuff like that. He was a chimney builder so he knew exactly what to do, I just brought some brewskies out of the fridge
@TerryChia Yes, but in this case it's strictly an empty event handler for a form action with nothing but that comment and a few lines about what it should do from our specification.

It was like a 12 year old discovering urban dictionary for the first time. Just because you can pronounce the words "fuck", "shit", "douchewaffle", and "Jane" doesn't mean it sounds good when your entire sentence is comprised of those words in psuedo-random order.
