Dumb and Dumber To is an upcoming comedy film directed by Bobby Farrelly and Peter Farrelly. It is a sequel to the 1994 film Dumb and Dumber. The film stars Jim Carrey, Jeff Daniels, Laurie Holden and Kathleen Turner. The film is planned for a 2014 release, 20 years after the release of its predecessor. This will be the second film, after Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls, in which Carrey reprises a role from a previous film.
