There are 33 devas but thousands of thousands of manifestations of these 33 devas. Do each of these manifestations have their own jiva?

My question is how come two avatars of Vishnu (Rama and Parasuraman) can be in the same place in the same time ( Ramayana ) ?

Having sex with an unmarried woman is most probably Gandharva Vivah . But what if a man makes non-sexual love to an unmarried woman like - Kissing , cuddling etc . Can it also be considered as Gandharva Vivah ? Can such a woman marry some other man ?

In traditional or even modern-day India, I hear from my elders that the birth of a girl baby is not as welcoming as a boy baby. I also heard from elders that during Punyavachanam a special portion/mantra/procedure is done for the child if it's a boy. This is not done/skipped if it's a girl child....
