They don't reject any Hindu God, scripture or pilgrimage site. They may have an ishta devata who maybe Siva, Rama, Krishna, Ganesa or Durga. Although they are mostly from the South, they accept Vivekananda and Ramakrishna as acharyas. I think it is misuse of language to call them a sect.
