Q: Does men who commit suicide by self-immolation go to heaven ? Do all their sins get washed away ? Or only the sin of suicide gets washed away?

riverI think self-immolation or entering into one's own funeral pyre is considered as dharmic way of committing suicide ( at least for men , not sure about women) . Arjun on many occasions wanted to self-immolate himself. (He wanted to self-immolate while while killing Jayadrath and also when Virshke...

@Carmensandiego Hey! Going great! How is it for you? About that rep loss due to downvote, you can only get it reverted if the user is deleted.
@Vivikta Hello! We have observed that you're approving an improper edit without poster consent. We have rollbacked the approved edit. Please don't approve without poster consent in future. /cc @AnkitSharma

OKAY, no problem. I won't approve edits in the future!

Although I'm sure, it takes 'two users' to approve any 'post editing'.

So, I guess you will be correcting the other user too, who also approved the edit, and not just me?!

Thanks!

@Vivikta Hmm! It's not like you shouldn't approve edits. But approving an edit with extra content added that too without poster consent is abuse of privilege.
It may deviate the context of the answer.
@Vivikta btw How are you doing? It's been long time that you joined chat.

@TheLittleNaruto yeah, I understand that. Actually, I made an oversight judgement. The OP wrote their answers as per Mahabharata - the book, exclusively. I was in the Devi Bhagvatam trance, and thus approved it, because as per Devi Bhagvatam the new edit would have been true. Anyhoo, I should have been more careful to approve a random edit that's needless to say. I'll be careful.
@TheLittleNaruto on the contrary I'd say that it seems I haven't been away at all, let alone a long time. :D. I mean, can you comprehend how the past two years have just passed by under the garb of Corona. Lol. This pandemic seem to have dilated the concept of "time", atleast to me.

Q: What do the Vedas & other scriptures say about sex during pregnancy?

ekmungiI read in some answers that sex is an act reserved for reproduction. I have also read in line with the same that sex is only touching the physical dimensions of our existence. For spiritual growth abstinence is; one of many prescriptions. However, I am curious what the scriptures have to say abou...

Q: Kalabhairava and Shani (?)

ДжонWhich traditional text states that Kalabhairava corresponds to Shani (Saturn)? For example, the Shaktisangama Tantra states that Kalabhairava is the shaktiman of Dhumavati. It is known that Dhumavati corresponds to Ketu, and not Shani at all.

Q: Who wrote 'Anjaneya Sahasranam'?

Kaliyug AntagonistAn year ago or so, I found a video titled something like Hanuman/Anjaneya Sahasranamam. I am now unable to find it. Upon Google search, I found text like this which I recall from that video: हनूमान् श्रीप्रदो वायुपुत्रो रुद्रो नयोऽजरः । अमृत्युर्वीरवीरश्च ग्रामवासो जनाश्रयः ॥ १॥ धनदो निर्गुणाकारो...
