Someone who I in charge of the phones for my department disabled my phone. Thinking no one at this desk. I was not here to answer it. So they disabled my line for dumb reason

But depending on how much power the device uses, you might get away with a simple resistor divider
@JukEboX Nope, you could solder it inline with a cable and some heat shrink or electrical tape. Depending on the current draw, a 6V drop across the regulator might require a smallish heat sync
Awesome thanks @DavidFreitag Will need to get someone to help me out. I never really soldered and I am not really good with reading electrical diagrams
@JukEboX it's called youtube. I never soldered before like 4 years ago and then I took apart my car and soldered in all sorts of audio stuff. It's really quite easy.
I have changed the batteries enough I want to hard wire it in. I need to take my shifter off and run a wider chrome pipe over the smaller one to run the wires down to the bottom of the shift.
@JukEboX It's the construction of the tweeters themselves that makes them harsh not the stereo channel, unless maybe you're compensating with some DSP (which would be highly unusual with $12 tweeters)
@JukEboX Two channel Zapco amp going into the ridiculous SEAS analog crossovers. Separate one channel sundown audio monoblock 1000W amp for subwoofer. Both under front seats.
zapco is class AB from their nice series, sundown (sub) is class D because who cares for bass
