Q: Hardware SMS gateways?

GeremiaWhere can I find some hardware SMS gateways (GSM modems?)? SMSEagle's seem good, but I'm looking for something cheaper and without many bells and whistles.

@JMY1000 To send out many SMSs rapidly. I've seen things like SIM900A (which isn't LTE or 5G), but I need something that works with 4G LTE or 5G, preferably with an SMA antenna connection.
Do you really need 5G, 4G. SMS is available even in GSM (2G) standard?
@RomeoNinov True, but I don't think 2G is available in my area. My particular SIM card only supports 4G LTE and 5G.
Geremia, using customer grade SIM may raise fraud alarm in mobile operator. Mass SMS servers usually are based on custom agreement. But you can check this, its 4G, a bit cheaper and support more than one SIM: ejointech.shop/products/…
Also above support SMPP
@RomeoNinov I'm using a Tello SIM; their terms don't mention limits for number of SMS messages.
@RomeoNinov I'm not familiar with that. (I'm new to SMS marketing.)

Usually SMS usage is under fair usage policy (if you have no limit for SMSes you can send. Based on my previous experience with other mobile operators there is always such rule in operator antifraud systems :)
@RomeoNinov What about rates? SMSEagle's seems slow: 1 SMS every 2 seconds.
For the product above I see kind of limitation: Maximum 40K SMS Send Per hour. But this is probably with all cards activated (SMS campaign)
With one SIM this is something like 1.5 SMS per second
@RomeoNinov Oh, that's simply how fast the standard allows?
@RomeoNinov So about 1.4 SMSs per second per SIM.
No, that's how fast the unit can manage and send SMS. But do not forget mobile operator (may) add throttle to the customer SMSes. And add them in SMSC in different queues (with different priority)

I'm looking for something like this but with LTE or 5G support.
I see it support 4G
@RomeoNinov I see elsewhere that SIM800C doesn't (nor did the SIM900A device I had, that didn't work).

I can't find device which cover your requirements, sorry :(

Can I understand why you need to send so many SMS? In most cases it's easier to use a 3rd party service than rolling your own

@JMY1000 Marketing campaign. I need to send hundreds of thousands of SMSs, and most online providers only do tens of thousands.
