@curiousdannii My general feeling about Sensus Plenior (as I see it employed on this site) is that it often feel arbitrary. I rarely feel persuaded by the technique. As long as there are other answers, it doesn't bother me that much. That said, I'm a linguistic novice so I don't usually know what to think about that aspect.
