Looking for a low THD / low harmonic distortion sine wave generator between 0-20 khz. Found the [DS360](bellnw.com/manufacturer/SRS/…) but it's expensive. Are there any competitors?

If you're comfortable with micros and rolling your own DDS, the AD9850 is about $30.
