I'm having trouble finding what is the name of configuration above. It doesn't looks like Dickson or Cockcroft–Walton generator, what actually is that? Modified version?

@Marla The datasheet don't show us the pin diagram. The thing that I'm certain is that pin 14 is Vcc and 7 is ground for case 646 and 632

Does LTspice has RF schottky diode built-in? Only schottky category though, would be pain to verify it one by one.
