Hi. What is the gauge for normal resistor/capacitor leads? In other words what is the diameter of its copper wire?

The lead diameters vary by (mostly) wattage but could vary by manufacturer. Generally, you'll have to find a vendor which gives datasheets for them to be sure of the size.
