Anybody know where to find an answer to a question like "In what year did the aggregate data rate of the Internet reach 100 Gbps?"

(By any reasonable definition of "aggregate data rate of the Internet")

@ThePhoton that really depends on the definition and that would give quite a huge range. Big nodes have statistics where you can get it for them. But over the whole internet? I doubt one could pinpoint a number
