@RebeccaChernoff There are more coming.
@RebeccaChernoff I spent more then a month doing most of the modding, @DanielGrillo, I think you were on vacation.
@W5VO I would say that you need to factor in time to 1) learn to rules. 2) regularly seek advice on subjects until you have learned more complex rules. 3) interface with the community and explain decisions. 4)handle actual problems.
I would say I normally limit myself to less then an hour a day, but I have had much longer days.

1:07 AM
trying to figure out if I care enough to be a mod
hmm

@NickT It has removed most of my time to write answers, but It has been rewarding.
@NickT If you think you can handle it nominate yourself. I think you could do it well. Get ready for the pleasure of dealing with pissed off users.

Eh, I have a plenty thick skin
plus I don't really care about people
makes it easy, ha.

@NickT We will see if the users mad at my decisions come back and try to seek reparations in the election.

See, you need to make them mad enough so you just drive them off the site :P

haha....
Well, I typed up my nomination quickly, hopefully no hangs me on the english
There have been many many flags as of late. I was wondering if it was buffering for peoples flag weight before nominations.
With 3 active moderators I think the load could be 15-20 minutes a day each, plus needing help.

1:28 AM
There, my rambling post is up
meh, my meta score is 12 less than yours :P
So there's this stupid IR detector as part of an etalon I'm working on that constantly acts stupid
I don't really even know what it's doing, I inherited it, but it seems like the thing just oscillates like mad unless you heavily load the output of the amp
Meh, where do you even buy a photodiode that works at 1600 nm

19 hours later…
8:57 PM
@NickT just train some cats.
@Kellenjb hey you. you should nominate.

9:58 PM
