I have written one for my personal needs but it's not quite ready to publish. (not so many file formats supported yet etc). However, I just updated the github code and it fixes the arguments and pipes issues, you can now use it with -f and with pipes. I replaced -e with the original -o , so now you need to pass -o output.caf

Just tested with -f and with a heredoc. Both work fine.
