@CocoPop Interestingly, while The Free Dictionary lists "come into power" (as you mentioned) and not "come to power", whereas Wiktionary lists "come to power" and not "come into power".
@ElementsInSpace I don't know — I assume everyone on here is Russian for some reason. I don't remember your first post, but it's nice that there's another English speaker on here. As for coming (in)to power, although both forms aren't as popular in this context, I believe they're both perfectly valid.
