@Hosch250 OTOH with OSS you have the advantage of being able to examine the code for bugs instead of either having to write it yourself (NIH syndrome is relevant here) or just working off API docs for some proprietary stuff that may or may not work as advertised
and just because it's closed source that doesn't mean it's maintained...
I mean ... Rubberduck is kinda doing a lot of maintenance work for Microsoft around VBA at this point
Ok so now it's failing to inject the client proxies - of course, that's because these are generated by StreamJsonRpc... so I'm thinking of injecting the IServiceProvider into the ServerApp (inherits BackgroundService).. that's a service locator right there, but it seems a reasonable (if not optimal?) approach at that level.
