> Related: `ExtractInterfaceRefactoringAction` also places annotations (including `Folder`) after `Option Explicit`. And, the solution there looks fairly straightforward as well.

In function `ExtractInterfaceRefactoringAction.InterfaceModuleBody` the return statement:

`return $"{optionExplicit}{Environment.NewLine}{folderAnnotationText}{exposedAnnotationText}{interfaceAnnotationText}{Environment.NewLine}{interfaceMembers}";` would need to be adjusted as well.
