> The reason refreshing collapses the tree view is that we rebuild a while new tree with each refresh and storing the expanded state of a tree across parsing runs can be surprisingly complex. There has been some work to make it easier and faster to avoid removing inspection results from a previous parsing state, but that does not seem to have reached the UI yet.

> **Would it be beneficial to do a refresh whenever opening a RD window?**

I think my workflow would benefit from it, but I'm not sure if this holds in general.

So here's my workflow:
I keep open certain RD windows all the time and I'm used to do a refresh whenever
necessary. But then there are some windows that I open just at the moment

> `Note` is a very common word and I don't want each `note` to appear in the Todo Explorer.
However, I don't want to dismiss this keyword altogether. Thus I changed the keyword in
the Todo Settings to `@Note`. Unfortunately ToDo Explorer did not recognize this keyword.
So I tried: `#Note`, `%Note`, `!Note`, ... But they didn't work either.

Which characters are allowed in keywords?
How to make a `Note` keyword more prominent, so that only distinguished notes are displayed
in Todo Explorer
@Duga The missing part regarding the refreshing is not in the inspection window; we simply Mark all results as invalidated because tracking of component status changes in the parsing process has never been implemented.

@FreeMan it shouldn't. It's just making sure that the repo is where we might look for it
With the lack of work on the duck in the last 2 years (understandable to an extent, plus, I know everyone does this for free), then the sudden flurry and transferring ownership, it just... gave me a chill that Mug might be thinking of going the way of Chris...
