I'm firmly anti agile at this point. Don't get me wrong, I think it's a big improvement over 6-mo waterfall releases.

In theory.

But nobody does it right unless they discover it themselves.

If a shop proclaims agile, it's some twisted deviation of it that's equally painful to work under.
