Make TestEngine no longer available outside the Ready state to prevent deadlocks

The TestEngine suspends the parser from the UI thread, which deadlocks on the CE update on the change to the Ready state. Since we cannot execute anyway before the parse has completed due to the suspension attempt disallowing to trigger the tests outside the Ready state is not really a great step back.
Suspend from a background thread in the TestEngine

Now, we push the suspension to a background thread and push execution back to the UI thread from within to avoid a potential deadlock on acquiring the suspension lock.
[rubberduck-vba/Rubberduck] MDoerner pushed commit 70bc54dc to next: Fix NRE in RunSelectedTestMethodCommand.CanExecute when no declaration is selected
Fix NRE IdentifierReferenceInspectionResult.ChangesInvalidateResult if Target is null

This happens for the UboundDefaultMemberAccess inspections, since we do not know the called member. In that case, we cannot invalidate based on the declaration.
Fix test setup for TestEngine

The tests failed prematurely because the actual work was done on a background thread that had not reached to end when the assert was executed.

> As discribed in #5238, the bug also can be triggered the other way around. If you first click the add toolbar button and then the submenu in the context menu, the menu under the toolbar button will be empty and the one in the context menu will stay filled.
Basically, it is _the last one to initialize wins_.

The .frm file will begin with either Begin VB.Form or Begin VB.MDIForm
@Duga I'll take a look at this PR tomorrow morning.

I will not try to read the component type out of the file for now.
That might happen at a future time, but not now.
It the Picture property the only place where a binary can be introduced?
Another question: does the form still have the VB_Name attribute?
Validating the component type from the file content will actually be somewhat annoying.
Standard modules do not indicate what they are in any form.
Class modules do it via the VERSION 1.0 CLASS header.
User forms specify some CLSID in the Begin section at the place where a VB form would put VB.Form and an MDI form VB.MDIForm.
Having some CLSID there is really not helpful as it could be anything.
@Duga My google fu seems to not be too bad; just searched once and found a question about the same thing and an answer with the solution.

Add xShared="False" to AddComponent submenu of CE

This stops it from disappearing in previous places when using it in a new place.

@Duga :+1: for it being such an easy fix.
@this I read about XAML resources being shared. What about them being shared that once one of them is displayed it can't be displayed in another location? IE I understand the what of what is occurring but not the why of it.

I also do not really know why it does not work when shared.
However, I have a guess.
I think the problem is that the layout of the controls it is used in does not quite match up.

@MathieuGuindon You should ping that Excel drum machine creator and sic ducky on his code to help him clean it up.

@IvenBach haha yeah... I should probably do that with my Battleship game first though =)

:gasp: You didn't use ducky on your own code?
The horror.

@IvenBach small fix != easy fix
@IvenBach I did ...of course I did... but it's still misusing annotations and life being what it is, haven't spent the hour-or-so that I should've spent fixing this.

I have plenty of modules and classes with inspections that get ignored too. #ButItWorks is too strong.

TBH I think I might be having a depression. I get to work and output very little, get home and feel like I'm staring at a mountain of things I want to do for RD and end up scrapping code and not doing anything valuable, and when I do push something it's half-assed shit that half-assedly works. I want to write stuff but nothing's coming out of it... and it's been like that for about a year now and I'm not seeing the end of it.
Meanwhile I get praised for all the awesome work you guys put in ...and it's killing me.

Is it possible to have a loop inside a loop?
Hello all
I have been working on this one the whole day

Q: Loop through links and download PDF's

user7202022I am trying to create web-scraper aka web-crawler to download PDF files from website. I would like to download all PDF files to C:\temp\. I have my links to sub pages on Excel sheet A1:A17 currently. They are grabbed to Excel worksheet with this code: Sub GetAllLinks() Dim internet As Internet...

Is it easier to create some txt file for this or is it possible to store these links from GetAllLinks and process DownloadFiles on them one by one? That goes a little bit over my imagination currently

6:35 PM
@user7202022 make GetAllLinks a function that returns a collection that contains the links?

That's an idea! I will try this one

@MathieuGuindon May I suggest some meditation?

Revert "Update resource string"

This reverts commit 6713c2dd80368dab7bbf0cc8123ba6d1b60e87ab.
Was breaking build process.
Add 'missing' resources causing build error.

Any edits to the resources file would cause a build error. This should remedy
that build problem.

@MathieuGuindon This lets us know you're not cut out to be a politician. Joking aside you have us here at the pond. If you're concerned about praise going to you from others write a paragraph in your next RD article saying "I've not been able to contribute as I've wanted recently and recent work has been from the other contributors. Right now it's them and I want them to get the credit."
I've felt similar to how you currently feel until recently. All the ducks at the pond have helped me get my comprehension and foundations set well, and I'm just starting to feel like a competent contributor. Until a space character or not including a converter in a commit proves otherwise :derp:

@MathieuGuindon sounds like the symptoms of when your subconscious is hatching a gem and robbing the rest of your brain of processing power. Time to do things like painting the house until the gem pops to the surface.

I 💚 y'all

@MathieuGuindon Have you been frequenting SO recently? Cause frequenting that place is worse than living with in-laws... ;P

Update resource string temporarily

Temporarily appending 2 to the end to record the new key/value with
subsequent commit removing the 2 to record the correct key/value.
