github.com/rubberduck-vba/Rubberduck/blob/next/Rubberduck.Core/… is where it's being imported. Need to figure out where/how it does the import to catch the Fill and add/edit the @Folder annotation with the correct folder.
mumble mumble Think I just saw garbage collection mumble using statement finished in github.com/rubberduck-vba/Rubberduck/blob/next/…
methinks I found what I was looking for: github.com/rubberduck-vba/Rubberduck/blob/next/…
:pant: Whew... That's a lot to work through.
Home time.

WTF? Do I completely misunderstand how Regex.Replace works, or what?
This is the code after I unrolled everything:
    var code = indented;
    for (var index = 0; index < _strings.Count; index++)
    {
        var item = _strings[index];
        Debug.WriteLine($"Replacement {index}:");

        var pattern = $"{StringPlaceholder}{{{item.Length}}}";
        Debug.WriteLine($"item: {item}");
        Debug.WriteLine($"pattern: {pattern}");
        Debug.WriteLine($"code:   {code}");
        var replacer = new Regex($"{StringPlaceholder}{{{item.Length}}}", RegexOptions.CultureInvariant);
        code = replacer.Replace(code, item, 1);
This is the output:
Replacement 0:
item: "SELECT `Sequence ID` as Header1, '' as Header2 , Sum(`No Of Try`) AS Header3, '' as Header4 ,'' as Header5 ,'' as Header6 ,'' as Header7 ,'' as Header8 ,'' as Header9 ,'' as Header10 FROM `'"
pattern: X{192}
code: ctxt = XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX & sheetName & XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX & KitNo & XXXX
The second replacement is only replacing 61 characters of the 65 character match.
05:08
FML, I do misunderstand how Replace(String, String, Int32) works. The replacement string is a pattern.

How else would you be able to include captured groups?

@MathieuGuindon Apologies for late commentary on the shared Battleship workbook. It currently errors on workbook open on line: TitleSheet.Activate with Run-Time error 1004. Was this intended? I can comment the line out but am wondering if I am missing a trick here?

Q: VBA ShapeDialogBox Class: returns a VbMsgBoxResult from one or more Shapes

TinManShapes can be used to make some very elegant message boxes. But unlike the built-in MsgBox() they do not return a result. This makes it very difficult to manage the program flow. Instead of waiting on an inline response, you have to show the Shape Message, have it trigger a Macro and then conti...

@QHarr not intended, ... did I save it with TitleSheet hidden? ...

Good morning...
#FunActivity: While the duck loads w/ the spiffy new splash: give it a blue eye!
Also, does anyone have a opinion about overloading the Serialize button? I want to try to avoid cluttering the UI with more debug stuff.

Hello... I had two queries :
(1) How to include a javascript code in an HTML file while I'm writing on notepad?
(2) How to write a code such that I accept some answers through HTML code and give some output based on answer?
@MathieuGuindon see
@NehalSamee 1) use a <script> tag!..I don't understand 2)
@this what does "overloading" means for a button?
@MathieuGuindon inside head tag , I write script?
@MathieuGuindon I am telling that in (2) , I will use option tag and ask user some questions... Based on their answers, the webpage would reply differently at different answers... Can I do that using JS...?
@MathieuGuindon right now Serialize means to serialize all project declarations. I would now add the COM Safe serialization to it, too
I don't see why not. People do all kinds of funky stuff with JS
@this oh. then yeah!
IOW it's doing 2 things. Normally a big no-no.
Ok.
14:23
@MathieuGuindon Are you trying to say it's not possible or foolish of me to ask such question?
@NehalSamee I honestly don't know. I do C# and VBA, not any JS. I'd suggest you use VSCode instead of Notepad though
Pretty sure you can make JS do pretty much anything though
14:55
@MathieuGuindon did you upload the PDN?
@this argh, forgot.. not at home

So last night I realized I was being boneheaded about my trace implementation and tweaked it. Does anyone else think this looks more useful?
the upper sheet is a snapshot of the current contents of the COM safe; the lower sheet is a trace of all activity made in the COM safe, including the stack trace so we can see we've been leaking windows created from the RegisterWindowHooks.... right?
15:33
@MathieuGuindon Unsure. Now it says An error occurred while loading 'ThisWorkbook'. Do you want to continue loading the project? Then a series of other messages. So guess it didn't like the original opening.
Do you mind terribly sending another copy if you have one to hand? I am looking forward to going through it properly.
15:47
@this I think that looks helpful, but I will have to use it before I really can tell.
Btw, I am not surprised we are leaking windows.
Last I looked, we had some collection with the window RCWs as keys.
I tried to change it to the corresponding SCWs but got key violations.
@MathieuGuindon Downloaded it. Sorry!

What a world we live in. Even playground sand has to be listed as carcinogen because of the silica. SMH. #Newsflash #LifeCausesCancer it's the leading cause of it actually.
23:56
@IvenBach Technically, that is correct.
However, the exact fix would have been default(GenericNode).
I forgot that was a C# 7 trick, not needing the argument except for special cases.
But yes, default on a reference type is null.
@Hosch250 There is no technically, it IS correct.
:p
