@RubberDuck Just need to get the current users to A) uninstall RD, B) install Symantec, C) reinstall RD (thus increasing exposure), D) uninstall Symantec & nuke the machine from orbit, as it's the only way to be sure.
Using Excel 2010, I have written some VBA to copy selected sheets from a Master workbook to a Client workbook. The code works just fine to copy the data sheet which has data & PivotTable(s) associated with the data, and the chart sheet with one or more PivotCharts to the new workbook.

Have you tried the code you posted here? It looks like it will work (or very nearly will) to my eyes. To answer your secondary question, yes. Of course looping through 10,000 items once is faster than looping through 10,000 items two or three times. — RubberDuck11 secs ago
