Q: How to get Excel XValue of a Chart in C#

Robin XuI am writing some codes to manipulate a chart in excle file using C#. One of the key requirements is to get XValue property of a Chart SeriesCollection. I tried to visit it by index, however it doesn't work, although I can see the value list in Watch window in Visual Studio. From the Watch win...

see my answer revisions, lol
Yeah. I'm still not sure what the difference between the two types of casts are.
@HansPassant answers on VBa mostly cover that -> stackoverflow.com/search?q=user%3A17034+%5Bvba%5D%5Bc%23%5D
even one of his answers to my old question -> stackoverflow.com/questions/23683815/…

@vba4all what is your new avatar?

@cheezsteak it was announced here
Hi @cheezsteak! No hat yet?
17:07
Guess not.
My employer made the absurd mistake of making the vast majority of our clients plans start and end 1/1 instead of April or October. So now our most busy season is when everyone wants to take off work.
So if you haven't noticed I have been fairly absent on CR recently.
17:48
I have noticed @cheezsteak. It's been quite around here without ya. =;)-

Has anyone here ever tried to wrap an ADODB.Recordset to get some strong typing?
So that you knew the recordset you were passing had particular fields in it?
20:53
Best I ever got is that SqlResult class
It returns a Variant
I might take a stab at it soon.
21:23
TypeName does return the correct type.. if that can be considered strongly-typed...
What I'm thinking is I want to "inherit" (wrap) recordset up with a class that defines what fields are in that recordset. I want to represent a business object with a recordset. I need to think on this one.
