> Closes #856 (out of the three proposed features one is covered by this PR, one was dismissed and the third one is mentioned in a separate issue). There is one thing I don't particularly like - after grouping by category, tests with no category ending up as the top grouping and the grouping label has just the test count (e.g. (2)). I was thinking about using something like (Uncategorized) as a default category instead of an empty space, but I like the empty value in Category name...
column more. It would also be hard to predict where such a default value would end up after sorting by category. The best option would be to always display the default as the last grouping, but I don't know how to do this in WPF, and I don't think CollectionViewSource.SortDescriptions supports custom sorting functions.

Both my local and my GitHub repositories are up to date as of about forever ago. To get back into sync, I need to fetch from RubberduckVBA/next to my local machine, then push from my local machine to my GitHub account?

[rubberduck-vba/Rubberduck] build for commit 82daf5ab on unknown branch: AppVeyor build failed
BUILD FAILURE!

@FreeMan Technically I think it'd be fetch + merge, then push.
You could just pull which is a fetch and merge together.

thx. but the direction of movement is correct? Official GitHub repository -> local -> my GitHub fork?
s/but/is/

Yep.
You could just create new branch from RD/next and name it what you want.
