Would you mind explaining the humor in the name of this chatroom to me, as I am not a native speaker?

Ah, so, this room initially started as a way to deal with loan spammers

a loan shark is someone who gives illegal loans and is generally nasty, and in many places in the world, well, sharks are hunted - we hunt loan (shark) spammers

Spam comes in cans - putting something in a (trash) can is also a thing... we do things manually (as opposed to smokey or other tools) so we can (dispose) of spam in a artisian (manual) method - hence the "Artisan Spammer Cannery"

I don't think the humour is entirely obvious even for native speakers - its mostly me :D

the tags are references to the LOTR movie (where an ork goes "meat is on the menu boys!") and Jaws

All of these accounts had no questions. Most of them had some form of ad copy as their profile blurb. Those that didn't have blatant ad copy or a URL to some "cheap" service website were still added to the list because their names were some form of ad or call to action.

Not every profile with "cheap" in the name was spammy, but most were.
