Welcome to Puzzling! What are the rules? What is the goal? Why are you linking to an answer submission page? Why are you linking to a score distribution page? I don't want to read a document that's bombarding me with "please download <thing>", especially since it's so long. Please at a minimum explain within the question what we're supposed to be doing, any restrictions on what we can do, what the pictures mean, and also maybe split this up into two separate questions. Also, why are you taking an old test in the first place? Is this for some competition? — bobble 4 hours ago
... how the puzzle this is on got two upvotes and only my closevote is beyond me
It's closeable for multiple reasons so I chose a random one, maybe people don't like the option I clicked?

or people who upvoted just don't have close vote powers

12:48 AM
Oh, my last message was only referring to the speed of closure, not the upvotes

Q: Four non-right angled triangles passing through every dot of a 5x5 grid

Dmitry KamenetskyThis puzzle was suggested by jwezorek in Three triangles passing through every dot of a 5x5 grid 25 dots are drawn as a 5x5 regular square grid. Can you draw 4 non-right angled triangles that pass through every dot? The triangles cannot have a right angle and their corners must lie on the dots.

Q: Grandfather and Grandson

Mritunjay KumarMy Puzzle is as follows- Once, I said to my friend that, "In 1932 I was as old as the last two digits of my birth year. When I mentioned this interesting coincidence to my grandfather, he surprised me by saying that the same applied to him too. I thought that impossible...." "Of course that's im...

for hidden word clues, if "[def] [fodder]'s hiding" is valid, then i'd imagine "[def] of [fodder]'s hiding" wouldn't be, right?

yeah it doesn't really make sense grammatically with the "of"
as in you might say "a secret oAlt's hiding" but "a secret of oAlt's hiding" wouldn't make sense

Q: What is the shortest string of digits containing all 100 digit pairs?

AndrewIt's simple. Find the shortest string of digits (0123456789, allowed to have leading 0s) where all digit pairs 00, 01, 02, 03... 96, 97, 98, 99 appear as substrings. Tiebreaker is lexicographically earlier string.

Haha, thanks both. I'm so glad it got solved :)
@msh210 Your remark about parity in comments was spot on, by the way. I had deliberately avoided saying 'visit each square only once' because I knew the positions of the LL's would immediately give away which one to start at in that case. But yes, you were completely right to infer that the only real way to make sense of every face would be to visit every space :)

@oAlt Perhaps I just wrote it up faster. Sorry about the ninjaing, I hadn't seen your comment here. :(

@bobble Thanks for the helpful rejection message to my suggested edit here: puzzling.stackexchange.com/review/suggested-edits/50538. It did get approved in the meantime, though, so I hope no harm was done even if there was no improvement.

Q: Simple questions that is yet to be answered for half a year

user228494Who is the person whose picture appeared in films the most? Clarifications: it's a real person, living or dead. only regular feature films count. any number of appearances in a single movie counts as 1. Creator of this question and I have a bet on few bucks. I have 7 days (6 left) and 100 tries...

@Bahudari it's fine, just as I said in the rejection message it's not too much of an improvement (which isn't to say it is bad). If you want some other accessibility edits to do, here's a query which finds MathJax tables for conversion to Markdown ones :) though note that you can't put a table in a spoiler.

@MOehm hahah, the thing was, when I did get what was going on in the puzzle, I... became busy with something more important for the next 30 minutes. So yes, no need for the apology :00

Q: AnaCross II: it's bigger now

qwertyu63So, I've prepared another AnaCross puzzle. The rules are exactly the same: At the end of each row is a pool of letters; those letters are the letters that go in that row of the crossword. Normal crossword rules apply, so every line of letters makes a real, English word; there are no proper nouns ...

2:39 PM
@bobble Oh, wow, thanks for that query. I'll try to chip in whenever I find time :)

\o/ be warned, though that thing has a lot of false positives. Tables in spoilers, tables which merge columns or rows, "tables" which were used to format equations, etc. - those are all not eligible for conversion to Markdown

Q: Interesting puzzle with beads

EisensteinInitially we start with a total of 22 beads. Then we add 1 bead like this... Total bead count 23. Continuing this way, we add 6 beads, with total number 28... I understand 1 bead is being removed from one row and is being adjusted accordingly. But how do we generalize this?
