@micsthepick yeah, thought about that too, and whilst it has some concrete value, I haven't actually seen it used too much. More importantly though, I don't particularly want to encourage its use more since it is of limited benefit over rot13 and is even less discoverable/convenient for non-script/mobile users.

It's unfortunate that bitbucket does not have a constant url raw source page for all commits, as tampermonkey cannot automatically update the script.

yeah. weird, i see it now (though can't reproduce in firefox)...
there's a slightly strange interaction in chat that doesn't happen in the main site comments with mouseenter/leave due to the highlighting of reply links in chat. I'm guessing it relates to that...
if you scroll too fast the grey highlights don't always disappear like they should
possibly a race condition on the two mouseleaves trying to modify the dom
...actually it looks like it might be triggering lots of mouseenters if you enter directly onto the rot13 (theory: it gets switched to the link version, which is "new", so it triggers a new mouseenter; repeat). Might try to move the event detection out a layer.

If one of the tags being fused is recognized as one of the 'classics', then such a puzzle would qualify for both. But some puzzles qualify for one but not the other. e.g. music + calculation-puzzle is listed as an example under Unconventional Tag Fusion, but neither of those tags can be really considered classics; a hexagonal crossword is listed as an example under Twisted Classics, but the tag for that would just be 'crossword', with no meaningful tag for 'hexagonal'
 
To me Twisted classics is just a more specific unconventional tag fusion.
 
It seems to me like a different thing. UTF means you take multiple kinds of puzzle and combine them in some unexpected way. TC means you take one kind of puzzle and do something unexpected to it. Sometimes the something-unexpected might be combining it with another type of puzzle, but there are (in principle) plenty of other options.

Given that at least one of the tags will probably be steganography, I might try to combine as much of it together as possible. I'd have to come up with 8 interesting ways to use UTF-8 interestingly, though...
