Some questions are really 50:50 so far, I guess we'd have to discuss what/why and then re-hold the vote

(So far 3 posts have 8:8 and 3 more have 7:9)

It'd probably be good to just be conservative and keep anything that's >= 1:4. Locking isn't much different than deletion anyway.
