Just cause I’ve mentioned this here before and thought you folks might want to know how it turned out: HoCo was awesome, but hanging out with my friends was way better, and it started raining at the end so we were some of the only ones not in the Pit who were dancing which was nice.
Also, gossiping in the car about other people’s dating lives and the arguably bad quality of the music is the best part of having a gang of friends-who-caucus-with-the-girls
And now I’m writing a horror adventure about eldritch horrors appearing at a school dance
