well, I can assume they were kinda inspired by EG3 ending credits and this specific image (fan colored version, the original is uncolored orange&white)

@trogdor as I maybe said before (don't remember if it was HERE) the artwork for the figures seem to be based on the fan made anime versions that were made BEFORE EG
@trogdor anyway, back to the Sunset figure, I am seriously considering to try to write/tweet them to change that hand gesture and have her hold a mic. instead since that way the figure would look like a reference to Rainbow Rocks ending scene when she tosses away the black jacket before starting to sing.
