Aloizio Macedo has unfrozen this room.

This room is certainly suitable for any MathJax-related discussions, but I have asked for unfreezing it specifically in connection with my recent post on meta: MathJax formulas hidden behind text.

Q: MathJax formulas hidden behind text

Martin SleziakI have noticed that MathJax formulas are sometimes hidden behind other text and not properly displayed. I observed this only when using HTML-CSS as MathJax Renderer. (For other options the same formulas were displayed fine.) I am on Windows, using Google Chrome Version 78.0.3904.70 (Official Buil...

I am not really sure whether it's a bug or whether it's a problem only on my computer. (Although since changing the renderer helps, it's certainly not a big problem.)
Can somebody confirm that they see the formulas which I posted there in the same way as my screenshots show?
I will try how the formulas will work here in chat - with robjohn's bookmarklet:
$$a=\frac{A}{K}, b=\frac{B}{K}, c=\frac{C}{K}, d=\frac{dK}{K} \text{ and } n=\frac{N}{K}.$$
$$\overline D=\limsup_{n\to\infty}\frac{w_n}{\sum\limits_{k=1}^n w_k}\text{ and }\underline D=\liminf_{n\to\infty}\frac{w_n}{\sum\limits_{k=1}^n w_k}$$`
It's the same here in chat. It is broken with css-html, it works with svg.
However, this contains \text too, and is rendered fine - soe there are some other factors in play: $$A=\frac{a}{a+b+c}, B=\frac{b}{a+b+c}, \text{ and } C=\frac{c}{a+b+c}$$
