yeah, I envisioned a thing where it could talk to the SE APIs for info on CGCC and chat

so you could ask it about, say, popular golflangs and it'd give reasonable answers

(in furry-speak of course)

but unfortunately it looks like the plugin system is mostly intended for the main ChatGPT web interface

what I want is the ability to sideload plugins through the API

After a rejection, it increases the odds so that the chance it will respond to the next message is equal to the previous chance that it would respond to either of two messages
